- Full renovation and expansion of Department of Public Works (DPW) storage into ADA compliant community hub.
- New walls, roofing, siding, windows, doors, an accessible lift, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT systems.
- Sitework to create new parking lot, new drainage system, and retrofitting the sewage disposal system to current standards.
- Spaces Created: one classroom, one tele-medicine room, four multipurpose rooms, and four other spaces
