SFRF Project Final Reports

The Pandemic Recovery Office considers an SFRF project to be completed once all SFRF funds allocated to the project are spent and all key performance data is collected. When both of these milestones are reached, the Pandemic Recovery Office, in collaboration with the state entity that implemented the project, compiles a final report that includes the following information:

• A narrative including the problem statement and intervention
• Spending data
• Key performance indicator actuals vs. goals
• Visualizations with demographic and other programmatic data to show the impact of the project
