Renovation of the second floor of the library, the outside classroom area and stairwell from the upper parking area.
Building wide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection upgrades; new receptacles & data outlets for each computer station, and convenience receptacles per code.
One new and one renovated ADA compliant restroom
Spaces Created: one classroom, one computer lab, one tele-medicine room, three multipurpose spaces, and eight other spaces
